With three filling and five packing lines, our factory can today guarantee a production capacity of more than 80,000 rolls and sandwiches per day.
Our technologically avant-garde machines and continuous controls by our quality staff ensure constant respect of quality parameters (weight of bread, weight of filling, organoleptic qualities of the raw materials, etc).
The working environment and machines, cleaned and sanitised by a company specialising in the sector, together with top-quality raw materials and a protective atmosphere, enable us to guarantee our products a shelf life of 60 days for rolls and 50 days for sandwiches.
In compliance with the EC Regulations 852 and 853 / 2004, in order to provide consistently healthy products, we have developed and implemented a company Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point plan. The company also has an unlimited EEC licence (no. I 1713/L) to process meat-based products.
Rigid controls by the relevant bodies (such as the Veterinary Inspector and local Hygiene Service) guarantee that food is processed in respect of current legislation and standards without any risk for the consumer's health.
