The management is convinced that quality as defined above cannot be achieved simply by controlling products and processes, but that it must also be incorporated in the company organisation and implemented in advance during every work phase and activity, taking the form of Quality Management and Assurance.
To give our customers an Assurance of Quality, the company must operate a genuine Quality System with the necessary resources and professionalism, implemented throughout the entire company organisation.
The Management is committed to setting up and maintaining an efficient Quality System.
By verifying that the contents of the present Quality Manual and the documentation referred to in the manual are systematically implemented, the Partner management aims to demonstrate its commitment to efficiently applying a quality management system. To this end, the Company uses the following tools to verify the adequacy of the system:
- Definition of the company structure by means of a named organisational chart and distribution of quality management system documentation to all company resources.
- Constant contact with all company resources to monitor their needs and requirements.
- Definition of the quality policy and periodic review to guarantee it is constantly adequate.
- Planning and management of quality objectives correlated with the quality policy itself.
- Definition of corrective and preventive actions and monitoring of their implementation.
